St. Louis Wedding Photographer - Basilica of Saint Louis, King of France Wedding Photos by Oldani Photography
Old Cathedral Basilica / Lafayette Park / Windows on Washington
Nancy and Pat fought the rain and you wouldn't know it by their smiles. The day started with the wedding party and close family getting ready at the The Embassy Suites Downtown St. Louis. With much excitement and the final touches in place, the ceremony was held at the Old Cathedral (officially known as Basilica of Saint Louis, King of France) which lies next to the Arch. After a touching ceremony which was performed by the groom's family priest who came all the way from Kansas City, the group headed over to Lafayette Park for photos. The rain chased us away but not before their adorable dog met us for a photo with the bridal party.
Nancy and Pat, along with their parents, hosted a reception for their many friends and family at Windows on Washington. It was really amazing to see how many came from Columbia and Kansas City to help them celebrate the start of their newest chapter in life. The theme of their reception was "Framed for the Future" and they perfectly pulled their own photos as well as those of their loved ones. Beautiful touches of gold and pink were seen throughout the decor. One of the highlights of the night for many guests was the popcorn bar.
